Apple Wheat Pancakes

Recepie
-1 Apple Washed peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
-1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
-1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
-1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
-3 tablespoon olive oil
-3 Tablespoon brown sugar
-3 Tablespoon Maple syrup for flavour
- Pinch of salt
Procedure
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl - wheat flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, baking powder, salt
2 Blend pieces of apple , milk , Yogurt in a processor and blend it to a smoothe paste
3. Add all the dry ingredients to the processor and blend again
4. Your batter is ready to prepare
5. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter on the pan
6. Let it cook for 2-3 mins on each side till it looks fluffy
7. You can serve hot with Maple syrup
You can consume upto 300 calories for your breakfast everyday
So make sure your calories come from the right sources and are packed with energy and healthy nutrients and vitamins
