PCOD Also known as polycystic overian syndrome is a condition which is associated with hormonal imbalance. Majority of women these days are diagnosed with this syndrome who find it difficult to live with this condition 
Also because this comes with a lot of negative changes in the body - like excessive weight gain, acne, facial hair growth and sometimes even infertility
Although it is very difficult to live with pcos, there  is some hope if you possibly make  these lifestyle changes to manage the symptoms

1. Healthy Diet
Choose your food wisely
If you are suffering form PCOS your sugar levels are already accelerated, therefore if you consume high sugar and high carb diet it will in turn increase the insulin levels, thereby severing the problem
Instead switch to fresh vegetables, eggs, fresh fruits,meat,fish etc in your daily intake of food

Packaged foods are loaded with sugars and preservatives

2.Regular Exercise

4. Try and relax as much as you can
Pcos is a condition that can take a toll on your health physically as well as mentally
You may feel low and depressed at times due to changes in your body.

6.Moderating lifestyle
If you are suffering form PCOS it doesn't mean that you need to give up on all that you love eating
You can still eat that Ice cream, binge on some delicious foods in moderation, only if you are exercising in moderation for atleast 4-5 days a week.

So make sure to maintain  healthy eating habits for 5- 6 days a week so that you can indulge in your favourites on the seventh day of the week
