Quick and easy vegetable Hakka noodles recipe

Here is a simple and quick Hakka noodle recipe that can be made at home without using Chinese seasoning.

Ingredients 

Hakka Noodles 1 pack 
Ginger garlic chilly paste - One tablespoon 
Oil 3 tablespoons 
cute veggies (carrots, cabbage, capsicum, spring onions)
maggie masala cube
soya sauce 
red chilly sauce 
black pepper powder 




procedure 

Take a big saucepan or a wok and pour sufficient water to boil the pack of noodles. 
Boil the noodles on high flame for about 3-4 mins
Add two to three drops of oil to the noodles 
Strain the noodles after they are cooked properly 
Pour cold water and strain it completely 
Take a big saucepan and heat two tablespoons of oil in it 
Add ginger garlic chilly paste
Add cut veggies 
Add a tablespoon soya sauce 
Add a tablespoon chilly sauce 
Add maggie masala cube and saute it for 4-5 mins on high flame. 
Make sure the veggies don't become soggy 
Add boiled and strained noodles to the veggies 
Mix well for a minute 
Garnish with spring onions 

Tasty Noodles are ready to eat 
P.S. - You may add shezwan sauce to the noodles if you wish to add a little spice.
